The ARCTICS Working Group had three meetings at the International Space Science Institute, Hallerstrasse 6, 3012 Bern, Switzerland. Remote participation was made available to the working group members who were not able to travel to ISSI and to external collaborators. The meetings took place on:
- 15–19 January 2024
- 3–7 June 2024
- 5–9 May 2025
In addition, ARCTICS held 12 online meetings from September 2023 (kick-off) till December 2025 (Progress Meeting #11 & wrap-up).
