Introduction
The purpose of this meeting is to agree on the structure and contents of the book and to suggest potential authors.
The meeting will be hybrid with in-person attendance at ISSI and others joining via zoom. There will be two zoom sessions each day at 10:00-12:00 and 14:00-16:00 hrs (4 sessions).

Sessions II-IV:
1. Chapter by chapter discussion on contents starting with the 41 chapters from the second edition arranged into topics. This includes identifying chapters that are no longer needed and new ones that should be included.
